Take The Pledge

I am a black girl that lives in the city of St.Louis in Missouri. Only being the age of 16, I have endured many struggling situations. But because of the greatness of God , I am here to stand and say that I made it. From having to sleep in a car, I was still able to say that I was going to make it one day out in the big bad world. Black Girls Rock encourage me not only to dream my life, but live my dreams. No longer do I question if I am going to make , but now I know I am because "Black Girls Rock" says so.
